You are entitled to place a request for return/exchange/refund for any product(s) ordered via KWANPEN.com within a period of 30 days from your purchase date if it meets all the following criteria:

  • The product is not damaged due to wear and tear.
  • The product is not personalized.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product has not been exchanged or returned previously.
  • Product received as a gift, you're entitled to exchange or return only.

Please note that failing to settle the duty and tax fees, you will be ineligible for a full refund. In these instances, you will be responsible for the shipping expenses both to and from your designated location.

Once your return, exchange, or refund request is approved, you'll be required to send the items back to KWANPEN. After we confirm the receipt of the product, any refunds will be processed within 14 days, using the same payment method and currency you used for your initial purchase.

We do not accept returns due to a change of mind. Any orders made on KWANPEN.com cannot be exchanged at our boutiques. Instead, please reach out to vip.customerservice@kwanpen.com for any return, exchange, or refund requests.

When returning a product, ensure that it's placed in its original packaging and includes any accompanying accessories, documents, and the delivery slip.

We advise you to take all necessary precautions to ensure that your product is protected. Items not returned, returned incomplete, ruined, damaged, degraded, soiled or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that they have been used or worn, will not be refunded or exchanged. For further information please refer to our term of sale policy.
