Will my order be gift wrapped?

All KWANPEN ordered are carefully prepared and delivered with our signature wrapping.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

During checkout you can include a gift card with your message. Alternatively, you can request for a blank gift card.

Can the recipient exchange his/her gift?

Our customer service will be happy to guide the person who received the KWANPEN gift. Our exchange conditions are specified in our Return Policy.
